Welcome to the Palma Ceia Neighborhood Association website. We invite you to explore our site and find out why Palma Ceia is one of Tampa’s premier neighborhoods to live in, raise a family and visit all the local restaurants and unique shops that bring the community together. Palma Ceia is an intimate neighborhood with antique red brick paved streets shaded by beautiful old oaks that canopy over the historic homes. A colonnade of beautiful bungalows, cottages and Spanish colonials about 5 miles to the west of Downtown Tampa, it has maintained a consistent appeal to Tampa natives since the early 1920’s.
